To secure your dates on my calendar, a flat $50 non-refundable deposit is required online. This deposit goes directly toward your total program investment, with the remaining balance due at our first lesson.

Please note:A single individual session does not replace a structured training program and is not designed to teach comprehensive new skills without ongoing consistency. However, if you decide to upgrade to a training package during your first lesson, your individual session fee will be credited directly toward the program cost.
